曾海波 Haibo Zeng

个人简介

曾海波,纳米光电材料研究所所长、教授、博导。

2006年博士毕业于中科院固体物理所,曾工作于中科院、德国、日本,先后获得首届国家优秀青年基金(2012)、安徽省科学技术一等奖(2013),现主持科技部973项目课题、国家自然科学基金等项目,担任南京理工大学学术委员会委员、Elsevier出版社《Current Applied Physics》编辑等学术兼职。

 

长期从事光电信息材料与器件研究,包括低维半导体计算设计、超薄半导体及其应用、半导体量子点LED等光电器件。共发表SCI论文120余篇,第一与通讯作者论文60余篇,《纳米快报》、《先进材料》、《德国应化》等影响因子10以上论文20余篇;获SCI引用4500余次,最高555次,ESI高引论文15篇。

 

纳米光电材料研究所,主要面向信息与能源应用需求,从事新型半导体材料与光电器件研究,欢迎有志于科学研究与新产品开发的材料、物理、化学、电子及光学专业的学生及国内外青年研究人员加入!

研究领域/概况

本研究所面向信息与能源领域重大应用需求,聚焦半导体材料关键科学问题,开展新型光电材料的设计、合成、性能研究,以及各类功能元器件探索,包括LED、光探测器、阻变存储器、太阳能电池、超级电容器、锂离子电池等。主要研究方向如下:

主要研究成果:

u  在国际上率先理论设计了新型超薄二维半导体砷烯、锑烯(Angew 2015, 54, 3112)Nature15个学术媒体评论其具有蓝光器件应用前景

 

u  在国际上首次观察到白石墨烯绝缘体-半导体转变(NL 2010, 10, 5049)NPG Asia Materials评论为白石墨烯的升起,获SCI他引250余次;

 

u  提出了氧化锌蓝色发光间隙锌缺陷态模型(AFM 2010, 20, 561),单篇论文SCI他引近600次,同行评论为设计与实现白光LED提供了新思路

 

u  实现了碳点高效固态发光与背光源白光LED(Angew 2015, 54, 1759)ChemistryViews等评论为低成本环境友好的荧光粉与白光LED”;

 

 

u  发展了系列n型掺杂氧化锌纳米晶打印柔性透明电极(Angew 2015, 54, 462),被NanoWerk评论为同期最佳性能
