邹友生 Yousheng Zou

个人简介

邹友生 Yousheng Zou,男,1975年生,博士,教授,博士生导师。
2005年于中国科学院金属研究所获材料加工博士学位,2005-2008年在香港城市大学物理及材料科学系、超金刚石及先进薄膜研究中心从事博士后研究,2011-2012年在英国布里斯托大学化学系做国家公派访问学者研究,2008年加入南京理工大学材料科学与工程学院。先后入选南京理工大学卓越计划紫金之星、江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师。作为项目负责人先后主持国家自然科学基金No.5100207851672132、江苏省自然科学基金No. BK2008419BK20141401、教育部博士点新教师基金No.200802881003中国科学院海洋新材料与应用技术重点实验室开放基金、南京理工大学自主科研重大研究计划等项目,作为骨干成员参与国家重点基础研究发展计划(2014CB931702)课题。目前主要从事半导体纳米晶与光电探测器、光电薄膜及器件、碳基薄膜及纳米结构、表面工程与表面科学方面的研究,已发表SCI论文60余篇,获授权美国专利4项和中国专利11项,主讲传输原理、薄膜材料与技术、功能材料制备工艺本科生课程。
